PS: Ich hatte gestern geschrieben, dass Vitamin C das Enzym Aromatase steigert und dass das in positiver Verbindung mit Testosteron steht.
Entschuldigt bitte den Fehler. Ich meinte natürlich, dass es Aromatase hemmt. Sonst macht es absolut keinen Sinn. Habs natürlich sofort geändert! Also keine Angst vor Vitamin C!
